Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or enrolling in any Kingdom Ministers STEAM Camp program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are registering a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the participant and agree to these terms on their behalf.

Kingdom Ministers International reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Program Participation

Participants are expected to follow all camp rules, instructions from staff, and conduct themselves respectfully at all times. Kingdom Ministers reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or violates camp policies, without refund.

Programs are subject to minimum enrollment numbers. Kingdom Ministers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs that do not meet minimum enrollment, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

Participation in STEAM Camp activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical activities, use of tools and equipment, and interaction with other participants. By registering, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Kingdom Ministers International, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in our programs.

This waiver applies to all claims, including those arising from the negligence of Kingdom Ministers International, its staff, or volunteers, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Health & Medical

Parents/guardians must disclose all relevant medical information, including allergies, medications, and medical conditions, at the time of registration. Failure to disclose accurate medical information may result in dismissal from the program.

In the event of a medical emergency, Kingdom Ministers staff are authorized to seek emergency medical treatment for the participant. Parents/guardians are responsible for all medical costs incurred.

Participants who become ill or show symptoms of contagious illness may be required to leave the program and may not return until cleared by a medical professional.

Photo & Media Release

By registering, you grant Kingdom Ministers International permission to photograph and/or video record participants during program activities. These images may be used for promotional materials, social media, the organization website, and other marketing purposes.

If you do not wish your child to be photographed, you must indicate this during registration. We will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests.

Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely. Payment is required at the time of registration or enrollment to secure a spot in the program.

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date.

Kingdom Ministers reserves the right to modify pricing and refund policies. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect existing registrations.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to treat staff, volunteers, and fellow participants with respect and kindness. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or violence of any kind will not be tolerated.

Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions. Misuse of equipment or materials may result in removal from activities.

Kingdom Ministers reserves the right to dismiss any participant who violates the code of conduct, without refund.

Parents/guardians are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of participants. Late pick-up may incur additional childcare fees as outlined during registration.

Kingdom Ministers reserves the right to modify program schedules, activities, or locations due to weather, facility availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable notice will be provided when possible.
