This agreement outlines the terms of enrollment for all Kingdom Ministers programs, including STEAM Camp, XL Tech, and other courses.

This Enrollment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Kingdom Ministers International ("Organization") and the enrollee or parent/guardian of the enrollee ("You") upon completion of the enrollment process for any Kingdom Ministers program, including STEAM Summer Camp, XL Tech cohort programs, and all other offered courses and programs.
By completing enrollment and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, as well as the Terms and Conditions available at our Terms & Conditions page.
Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and completion of all required registration forms. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided upon successful enrollment.
Enrollment is subject to availability. Kingdom Ministers reserves the right to close enrollment when maximum capacity is reached. Waitlist options may be available for filled programs.
Enrollees must meet any stated prerequisites or age requirements for their selected program. Kingdom Ministers reserves the right to reassign participants to a more appropriate program level if necessary.
Tuition and fees for each program are listed on the program enrollment page and are due in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been explicitly arranged.
Early bird pricing and promotional discounts are available for a limited time and are subject to change without notice. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Additional fees may apply for optional services such as extended childcare hours, materials, or specialized equipment. These will be clearly disclosed during the enrollment process.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before the program start date: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the program start date: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date: No refund.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to thekingdomministers@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
If Kingdom Ministers cancels a program for any reason, a full refund will be issued to all enrolled participants.
Regular attendance is expected for all enrolled programs. Excessive absences may affect the participant's ability to complete the program and receive a certificate of completion.
For cohort-based programs (e.g., XL Tech), participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and complete all assignments. Missed sessions cannot be individually rescheduled.
Kingdom Ministers reserves the right to modify program schedules with reasonable advance notice. Participants will be notified of any changes via email.
All course materials, curricula, and content provided during Kingdom Ministers programs are the intellectual property of Kingdom Ministers International and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
Projects and work created by participants during the program remain the property of the participant. However, Kingdom Ministers reserves the right to showcase participant work (with appropriate credit) for promotional and educational purposes.
Certificates of completion are awarded to participants who fulfill all program requirements, including attendance, assignments, and project completion.
Kingdom Ministers certificates are issued by Kingdom Ministers International and represent completion of the specified program. They are not accredited academic credentials.
Enrollees agree to abide by the Kingdom Ministers Code of Conduct as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Violations may result in dismissal from the program without refund.
For programs involving minors, parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child understands and follows program rules and expectations.
Kingdom Ministers is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all participants.
Kingdom Ministers reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Enrollees will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of amendments.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
This Agreement, together with the Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding enrollment in Kingdom Ministers programs.
